Trainee Accountant (Graduate)

To be considered for this role you must have recently achieved, or be expected to achieve a minimum 2:2 degree, preferably in a relevant subject such as Accountancy, Business, Finance, Maths, Economics or a similar discipline.

This role will allow the trainee to develop and apply knowledge and skills and experience in all aspects of financial accounting, management accounting, financial reporting and auditing to assist the Finance and Audit and Assurance teams.

Communications Officer (Graduate Trainee)

To be considered for this role you must have recently achieved, or be expected to achieve a minimum 2:2 degree, preferably in a relevant subject such as Media, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a similar discipline.

This role will allow the trainee to learn, develop and apply knowledge, skills and experience in accordance with the graduate trainee development programme in order to assist with the delivery of effective communications to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining and enhancing the reputation of the GMPTE and ITA.

Information Systems Graduate (Trainee)

To be considered for this role you must have recently achieved, or be expected to achieve a minimum 2:2 degree, preferably in a relevant subject such as Business Systems Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Computing, Informations Systems/Technology, Computer Science or a similar discipline.

This role will allow the trainee to develop and apply knowledge, skills and experience in accordance with the graduate trainee development programme. You will implement and operate existing and new IS systems to agreed service levels, identify areas of business improvement and assist in the implementation of systems.

Transport Planner (Graduate Trainee)

To be considered for this role you must have recently achieved, or be expected to achieve a minimum 2:2 degree, preferably in a relevant subject such as Transport Planning, Town Planning, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, Maths or a similar discipline.

This role will allow the trainee to develop and apply knowledge, skills and experience in accordance with the graduate trainee development programme in order to assist with the development of value-for-money strategies for the future development of public transport.

Contracts Officer (Graduate Trainee)

To be considered for this role you must have recently achieved, or be expected to achieve a minimum 2:2 degree, preferably in a relevant subject such as Transport Planning, Traffic Engineering, Transport Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Economics, Geography and Town Planning or a similar discipline.

This role will allow the trainee to develop and apply knowledge, skills and experience in accordance with the graduate trainee development programme. You will cover delivery against all aspects of bus performance, planning and operations, focus on contracts and stakeholder management and develop customer focused initiatives to improve service delivery.
