We’re looking for graduates to start in September 2010 who can demonstrate they have what it takes to join our scheme, which will offer real experience of chosen specialisms along with valuable experience in other functions of the business.

Our standards are very high but the rewards for the successful graduates are worth it.

If you’re successful, you’ll be assigned to the work area of your chosen specialism, but will have the chance to work in other areas of the business over a two-year programme. On completion of the programme and subject to performance you will secure a permanent position within the organisation.

You will be supported by your manager and a mentor for the two-year placement. Working with them you will have the opportunity to put into practice what you learn.
