We’re looking for undergraduates to start in July 2010 who can demonstrate they have what it takes to join our scheme, which will offer real experience of working in a fast moving, vibrant organisation.

If you’re successful, you’ll be assigned to the work area of your chosen specialism, but you will also have the chance to become familiar with other areas of the business over a one year programme. On completion of the programme, and subject to performance, you will be able to demonstrate a portfolio of evidence of your learning and development within the organisation.

You will be supported by your manager and a mentor throughout the placement. Working with them you will have the opportunity to put into practice what you learn.
