Human Resource Assistant (Undergraduate Placement)
This role will offer a strong grounding in HR employment practice. The post holder will be directly assisting the Human Resources team in delivering a high level service to the management and employees of GMPTE.
The placement is very much aimed at giving practical ‘hands on’ experience to support the generalist HR knowledge gained through studies. Opportunity to become involved with all directorates of the organisation and to become more experienced in key areas of HR practice, for example:
- absence management
- recruitment and selection
- employee relations
- project work specifically designed to contribute to the organisational development.
To be considered for this placement you must currently be studying towards a degree in a Human Resource related subject.

Property Services (Undergraduate Placement)
This role will develop knowledge and experience in the inspection, implementation and control of maintenance and project works to GMPTE properties in order that an effective and efficient service is provided.
To be considered for this placement you will currently be studying towards a construction related degree course.
